Maurice Mason has worked with Irelandia Aviation since 2003. He is a director of Tiger Airways, VivaAerobus, Allegiant Air, AirVOD, an in-flight entertainment service based in Dublin, Ireland and XS Direct Holdings, an Irish motor reinsurance business. He also helps with the One Foundation and its activities. Prior to 2003, Mr Mason was a Managing Director in Morgan Stanley’s Aircraft Group. He joined Morgan Stanley’s in 1994 from GPA Group.

Declan Ryan was a director of Ryanair Holdings from August 1986 until 2004. Declan held several senior management positions in Ryanair including CEO. He currently runs the private investment vehicle of the Ryan family, Irelandia Investments and is a director of Tiger Airways, VivaAerobus, Merrion Pharmaceuticals and StayCity.com. Declan was also a member of the board of Allegiant Air from 2005-2007.

Declan founded The One Foundation in January 2004 to make investments in new and existing non-profit organisations in Ireland and Vietnam, focusing on disadvantaged children, minority groups, mental health and social entrepreneurs. He sits on several of these boards.
